‘Learning, Caring and Growing Together in Faith’

St. Andrew's Church

St Andrews Parish Church, Leyland.

We are very pleased that St Andrew's is our church, and we have good links with them.

Katy Turner, the Children's Ministry Coordinator, comes into school regularly to lead Worship. Several church members are on the governing body and support both children and staff.

We visit Church regularly throughout the year to take part in services and are warmly welcomed.

Our main Sunday service for families is at 10:30 in St. Andrew's Church. These services include Sunday Club for children aged 18 months -14 years and there is a staffed creche available for those from birth to 18 months.

Once a term, the children remain in Church for an All Age Service.

MID WEEK ACTIVITIES: We don't just meet on a Sunday. We also have other things going on, one of which is our Babies and Toddler group.

Babies and Toddlers

Who? For all babies and toddlers in pre-school years, along with their parents/carers.

When? Every Monday morning during term time, from 10-11.30am in the Church Hall.

What? Apart from time for the children to play and for the adults to chat, there are Bible stories, crafts, activities, drinks and lovely homemade cakes!

For more information and to book a place, please email [email protected] or phone the church office on 01772 622964

We also run Clubs for older children and young people on different nights of the week, have Family Events at different points during the year and run an annual Holiday Bible Club in the Summer.

For more information, please do take a look at the church website on www.standrewsleyland.org.uk or give Katy a call on 01772 622964.

Many people have questions about God, being a Christian etc. and so we run "Christianity Explored" which is a group which meets to discuss what the Christian Faith is all about and answer any questions people may have. If you are interested, take a look at details of the next sessions on the church website or call our Church Manager, Janet Sutherland, on 01772 622964 for more information.
