We are proud to be a myHappymind school, supporting the mental health and wellbeing of all our pupils.
myHappymind is a whole-school programme, based on the latest scientific research, that helps children understand how their brains work and supports them in developing positive mental wellbeing. Through engaging lessons and activities, children learn important life skills that build resilience, confidence, self-esteem and emotional awareness.
The programme also teaches children strategies to regulate their emotions, manage challenges and develop a positive mindset, helping them to thrive both in school and beyond.
